Term 4 fills up before it starts. Reporting, staffing, transitions, end-of-year events and next year's planning all land in the same ten weeks and all want your attention on the same day.

I was a principal for twenty years. I know how much of that follows you home. This hour is for looking at what is coming, getting your priorities clear and building a practical way to manage the work.

An hour shaped around your school

We start with Term 4 and what would make the biggest difference for you. I work alongside you, show you the tools I use and set them up for your own context, on your own laptop. If another part of the job needs your attention more, we go there instead.

That might mean sorting your term calendar, preparing a communication to families, getting a staff meeting ready or setting up a more useful way to work with AI. You do not need to arrive with anything figured out.

What your session includes

• 60 minutes of private mentoring with me on Zoom, at a time you choose. Weekdays, 8am to 6pm Sydney time.
• Your Principal Playbook: a three-page PDF to prepare with, or to fill in together on the call.
• Practical work on a plan, document or tool you can use in your school the next day.
• Clear next steps, written down before we finish.
