One-on-one, for principals

Coaching

The one-day session gets you started. Coaching is for the principal who wants someone in their corner after that — fortnightly, working on what's actually on your desk that week, not a generic curriculum.

Who it's for

Principals who want it to stick

Mostly teaching principals and early-career principals of small and mid-sized country schools — the people making the call on their own, without a deputy down the hall to sanity-check it with. If you left a session fired up and then watched it fade over term, this is the fix.

How it works

Fortnightly, on your desk

We meet fortnightly, by call or video. You bring what's actually in front of you that fortnight — a report round, a staffing headache, a policy you're meant to have written — and we work it, with AI where it helps and without it where it doesn't. No set curriculum, no homework for its own sake.
