Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases and use of the Navigation Ed online store. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable Australian law.
Products and pricing
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. GST is included where applicable. We aim to describe products and kit contents accurately. Where a kit contains curated third-party products, the relevant manufacturer retains its own branding, intellectual property, safety information and instructions.
Before an order is accepted, kit contents, availability or pricing may be updated. The products and inclusions confirmed at the time an order is accepted form the basis of that purchase.
Educational use
Navigation Ed products and guidance are educational support resources. They are not medical, psychological, occupational-therapy or other clinical advice and are not a substitute for individual professional assessment where one is required.
Adults responsible for a student should consider the student’s age, needs and circumstances, follow manufacturer safety instructions and warnings, and provide supervision appropriate to the product and student.
Orders
We may contact you if an item becomes unavailable, a pricing or listing error occurs, or we cannot reasonably fulfil an order as described. Where necessary we may cancel the affected order or item and provide an appropriate refund.
Intellectual property
Navigation Ed branding, original guidance, written resources and other original materials remain the property of Navigation Ed unless stated otherwise. Third-party product names, trade marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
