Shipping and delivery
Navigation Ed currently focuses on delivery within Australia unless another arrangement is confirmed with us in writing.
Dispatch
Orders are prepared after payment and stock availability are confirmed. For standard in-stock orders, we aim to dispatch within 3–7 business days. School, bulk, customised or first-batch orders may require additional preparation time; where this applies, we will confirm the expected timing with you.
Delivery
Delivery time depends on destination and carrier. Tracking will be supplied where available. Carrier delays and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery times.
Urgent orders
If you need products for a particular assembly, workshop, meeting or school date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the timing is achievable.
