Navigation Ed collects personal information reasonably necessary to operate our store, respond to enquiries, process orders and provide customer support. This may include your name, email address, phone number, school or organisation, billing and delivery information, order details and information you choose to provide in an enquiry.
Our store is hosted by Shopify and we may use payment, delivery, analytics and other service providers to operate the business. Those providers may process information on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy obligations and terms.
We use personal information to fulfil orders, provide requested services, communicate about purchases or enquiries, improve our services, maintain security and prevent fraud, and send marketing communications where permitted and consented to.
We do not sell customer personal information to advertisers.
You may contact us to request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, or to ask a privacy question. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security or legitimate business purposes.
